Fannie Mae just released fresh projections that have the housing market buzzing — and if you’ve been waiting on the sidelines, it’s time to pay attention. According to TheStreet, Fannie Mae revised its mortgage rate forecast in May 2025, now predicting rates will drop to 6.1% by the end of this year and fall further to 5.8%
