Recently, on social media, you might have noticed headlines swirling around about the DOL ruling and while it may not impact you directly it’s important to understand the difference between a fiduciary and suitability standard. In the video below, we’ll answer that and try to fill in some of the gaps for what exactly it means that the Fifth Circuit denied the current law illegal when it comes to fiduciary duties.
