Jim Cramer’s top 10 things to watch in the stock market Tuesday

My top 10 things to watch Tuesday, Nov. 28 Nvidia (NVDA) at a crossroads. The New Yorker feature about co-founder and CEO Jensen Huang gets the semiconductor company’s role in powering artificial intelligence so right. Shares of Club name Nvidia closed at a new record high on Nov. 20 and currently trades just under those levels. Micron (MU), which is presenting at the UBS Global Technology Conference on Tuesday, estimates adjusted fiscal 2024 first-quarter loss at $1 per share, narrower than prior guidance of $1.07. Raises revenue outlook to $4.7 billion from the prior $4.4 billion guide. The Dow , the S & P 500 and the Nasdaq are set for lower opens Tuesday. But the three stock benchmarks are still on pace for strong November gains. Nvidia was this month’s best performer, followed by other Club holdings Disney (DIS), Danaher (DHR), Oracle (ORCL) and Microsoft (MSFT). Microsoft is due for a pop, while Meta Platforms (META) is due for a drop. That’s the conclusion of Morgan Stanley’s quarterly report on under-owned stocks ready for a hot streak and over-owned trades ready to cool off. Zscaler (ZS) quarter was fine. The cybersecurity company maintained conservative guidance and shares dropped nearly 5% early Tuesday. Kind of a similar bookings problem to Club name Palo Alto Networks (PANW). Susquehanna hikes chipmaker and Club name Broadcom (AVGO) price target to $1,100 per share from $1,010. Sees VMware deal 10% accretive on 2024 numbers. Citi raises Club name Salesforce (CRM) price target to $247 per share from $229 ahead of Wednesday’s after the closing bell earnings. The analysts see mixed business trends. Low bar set by prior guidance. Still potential 20% grower. Evercore ISI says Club holding Apple (AAPL) doing better in China. JPMorgan says lackluster in U.S. RBC Capital upgrades Boeing (BA) to outperform rating from sector perform (buy from hold). The analysts see strong demand and nice 2024 setup after supply chain disruptions and lower expectations. The analysts also increased their price target to $275 per share from $200. Citi lowers Devon (DVN), a former Club stock, and Diamondback (FANG) price targets but raises PT on the Club’s only energy stock Coterra (CTRA), which is 50/50 oil and natural gas.
